Product / Fitler Club Member Portal
While design and creative services are the backbone of my career, product management and digital experience has taken front and center. In 2018, I developed Fitler Club’s proprietary membership portal to deliver the in-house member experience online and connect all facets of club life.
Fitler required a product that housed account management, dining, member programming, club news, community spaces, fitness, co-working, hotel bookings, spa services, guest check-in and more. There was nothing on the market that offered an all-in-one solution, so we built it. And I led the charge.
Through my tenacity, grit and passion for connecting backend functionality with front-end user experience, my love for product management blossomed. Understanding development concepts came naturally, and I continue to meet the challenges of product design and development readily.
I am dedicated to delivering an amazing digital member experience. Solving complex problems through clear, intuitive design is the best part of my job.
The Highlights:
As Creative Director, I am the visionary for Fitler Club’s member portal including experience design, digital hospitality, technology ecosystem and an integrated brand system.
I provide short-term and long-term member experience strategy as it relates to membership needs, team support, and business goals.
I design the product roadmaps from sprint to release, through phases of research, conception, and execution, and supporting the teams all the way through QA, launch and data analysis.
I worked with a technical director, a senior developer and a designer to build the design system and launch the portal. Today, we ship new features and services for high engagement and business growth.
APIs, Integrations + Business Solutions
Fitler Club's member portal leverages over 6 APIs and integrations to power different aspects of the user experience. When vetting a platform, user experience is only one piece of the puzzle. The tech stack must serve both the customer but also the team.
My experience working closely with developers on integrations has provided me the foundation to ask the right questions, understand how the right technology can solve problems and transform solutions into excellent user experiences that increase revenue and streamline operations. My meticulous approach ensures that I achieve great design and functionality, while also advocating for the team that manages the platform behind the scenes.
UX/UI
UX has always been a key part of my portfolio. I have wireframed, launched e-commerce stores, reimagined user journeys, restructured navigations, and given brands major digital overhauls.
I create beautiful, well functioning experiences that make people’s lives better/easier (while also increasing the bottom line).
